Whew! I’ve registered!

Now what happens?

When do the coaches get their teams?

  • Teams are built after the last registration day. Coaches receive their team rosters in mid-July. 

  • We reserve the right to rebalance teams once they are built and after practices begin due to late registrants. 

When do the players get called? 

  • Teams may begin practice on or after August 1.

  • Coaches are supposed to call their teams once they get their rosters.

  • Coaches are responsible for telling players/parents about practice times and location.

It’s after August 1 and my child has not been called. What do I do?

What else does my child need?

  • Registration fee includes: complete uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, and a ball.

  • Parents provide shoes, shin guards, and water.

How often are practices and games?

  • Practices are typically held twice a week and on Saturdays in August.

  • Games begin week after Labor Day - held on weekdays and Saturdays through mid-October. Saturdays only into November.

  • U6 practice/scrimmages are held on Saturdays beginning August 1.


  • Prior to July 15 - a full refund is available.

  • July 15-August 1 – 50% refund

  • After August 1 - NO REFUNDS are available.

  • All requests for a refund must be submitted on the “Player Withdrawal Request” form and accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. Download form at, parent’s page.

Late registration?

  • Applications are accepted until September 15, space permitting

  • Check is deposited only if the child is registered.

Expo Day

  • August 29 (subject to change).  Fun filled day including Picture Day, vendor booths and games.

Coach/Referee Volunteers

  • Clinics are required for new referees and non-certified returning coaches.

  • Coach and referee clinics will be conducted during July and August.
