Concord AYSO, 305

Thank you for your interest in Concord AYSO, where volunteers such as yourself make it possible for kids to learn about soccer, have fun, meet new friends, & how team sports prepare them for things life throws at them.

Concord AYSO will work with you on financing Registration Fees so, your child can play AYSO Soccer in our Region.

Registration Process-->
1.) Register on-line at www.eayso.org {we are Concord ASYO section 2/ area c/ region 305}
* if on line registration is not possible please email Jackie below
2.) Print & Mail 2 copies of your online registration form
3.) Print & Mail 2 copies of your online volunteer form
4.) Copy of child's birth certificate or other proof of age {only if child has NOT played for Concord before}
5.) Mail the above along w/ a check to:

* u06 / 4 & 5 year olds: $100 ($25.00 discount before May 9th)
* u08-u19 / All other ages: $120 (^{$25.00 discount before May 9th)

* VIPs: $75

NOTES:

* $20 Multi-sibling discount on 3rd/youngest player & subsequent players (4th, 5th...)

Our season begins August 1 & runs through early November
