Registration Information

 

The registration for the fall 2008 season starts April 2nd, with May 10th from 10am -4pm and June 7th from 10am -4pm

All at Mt. View Elementary School

Accepting mail-in registration for the 2008 Fall Season.
Pre-Register your child & yourself as a volunteer at www.eayso.org. 
Print 3 copies of the registration form & volunteer form
Mail proof of age (birth certificate), registration forms,
volunteer forms & check (appropriate dollar amount-see below)
to Concord AYSO, ATTN: Registration, P.O. Box 1061, Concord, CA 94522-1061

Please note - after June 7th you are placed on a waiting list
& a $25 late fee will be assessed.

EVERYONE PLAYS

Concord AYSO’s strives to limit the number of players
on a team so that each player can play 3 quarters.

Registration includes:
  • Quality uniform

  • Soccer Ball

  • Participation Award

  • Accident Reimbursement Plan

  • Volunteer soliciting 
    • Evaluations for new players ages 8 and above will be held during  all sign-ups. 
    Be prepared to stay approximately 1 hour for evaluations. 
Wear tennis shoes. Evaluations are for team balancing purposes only.

    FREE TRAINING FOR COACHES AND REFEREES

    COST $90 per PLAYER for 6 years and over

    Cost $65 per PLAYER for 4 & 5 year olds

    No fundraisers

    GIRLS and BOYS AGES 4 1/2 through 18

    as of July 31st, 2007 (Born between 7/31/88 and 1/31/03)

    Proof of age required for all players. Bring a friend.
