Thank you for your interest in Concord AYSO, where volunteers such as yourself make it possible for kids to learn about soccer, have fun, meet new friends, & how team sports prepare them for things life throws at them.
Concord AYSO will work with you on financing Registration Fees so, your child can play AYSO Soccer in our Region.
We are accepting FALL MAIL-IN registration

| 2.) | Print & Mail 2 copies of your online registration form |
| 3.) | Print & Mail 2 copies of your online volunteer form |
| 4.) | Copy of child's birth certificate or other proof of age {only if child has NOT played for Concord before} |

PLAYER FEES (includes a uniform, ball and medal)
* u06 / 4 & 5 year olds: $105 ($30.00 discount before May 12th)
* u08-u19 / All other ages: $130 ($30.00 discount before May 12th)
* VIPs: $105 ($30.00 discount before June 1st)
